{"id":9454,"date":"2022-04-21T13:55:54","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T11:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.poljinos.hr\/?page_id=9454"},"modified":"2025-05-26T14:08:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T12:08:45","slug":"scientific-council","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.poljinos.hr\/en\/about-us\/institutes-bodies\/scientific-council\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientific Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Scientific Council of the Institute is its expert body.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Statute of the Agricultural Institute Osijek<\/em> (2023) and the <em>Statute on Amendments to the Statute of the Agricultural Institute Osijek<\/em> (2025) define the powers of the Scientific Council, including the number and composition of its members; the procedure for electing employee representatives in scientific and associate positions; the duration of members&#8217; mandates; the election, eligibility criteria, and term of the President of the Scientific Council; the convening of sessions and decision-making processes; and the election of members of the Scientific Board.<\/p>\n<p>The Scientific Council also adopts its <em>Rules of Procedure<\/em>, which govern its working methods and decision-making processes, define the rights and responsibilities of its members, establish procedures for the dismissal of members, and regulate other matters essential to the functioning of the Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Scientific Council consists of 27 members, as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>President of the Scientific Council<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sc.
