The doctoral thesis was written within the scope of the project KK.01.1.1.01.0005 &#8220;Biodiversity and molecular plant breeding&#8221; of the Center of Excellence for Biodiversity and Molecular Plant Breeding (CoE CroP-BioDiv) under the supervision of Prof. Jerko Gunja\u010da, PhD, and Dario Novoselovi\u0107, PhD.
